The surgery is well equipped for disabled patients. The surgery comprises of automatic doors, wide corridors, and plenty of room in the waiting room for wheelchairs and a disabled toilet.
Blind Patients
On request, we can obtain practice leaflets in Braille, although we do not stock these unless requested.
Deaf Patients
The reception at our surgery is fitted with a loop which is a device that helps people who have hearing difficulties hear more loudly and clearly. We also have a portable loop avaiable for the consultation rooms.
Wheelchair Access
The surgery at Edington and Woolavington have easy access into the premises for anyone who is in a wheelchair. The doors at the entrance of the buildings are automatic. There is plenty of room in the waiting room for a wheelchair to be placed.
